Since 1995, Maison Bolard has been traditionally producing charcuterie and pastry products. Today, it is the leader in pâté en croûte. Recognized for their gastronomic quality, pâtés en croûte are made with fillings rich in pieces of meat previously marinated with spices and herbs. Brioche sausages are made with pure butter brioche dough and pure pork cooking sausage. The production of puff pastries demonstrates the same quality requirements with pure butter puff pastry and fragrant and generous fillings.
