This mashed potatoes with fresh butter and summer truffle is a ready-to-heat cooked accompaniment perfect for your holiday dishes.

6 mini trays of 150g under modified atmosphere.

In a bain-marie: place the product (in its original packaging) in simmering water for 30 minutes.

In a traditional oven: place the product in the oven (in a suitable dish) at 175°C (thermostat 6) for 30 minutes.
