Since 1955, Maison Bolard has been traditionally producing charcuterie and pastry products. Recognized for their gastronomic quality, the pâtés en croûte are made with fillings rich in pieces of meat previously marinated with spices and herbs.
The secret perhaps comes from the traditional preparation. "Hand-sewn", prepared slowly, with passion, here in Saint-Amour in the Jura. Love, precisely, is the subject of the rigorous choice of raw materials. A selection of fresh French pork, poultry and veal, marinated on site.
Fresh product vacuum-packed. The pâté en croûte can be kept for up to 1 month in the refrigerator. It freezes and defrosts very easily.
