The semi-cooked whole duck foie gras is pasteurized, that is to say cooked at low temperature in order to preserve its taste and its melting texture. This is the ideal cooking method for foie gras to share during family meals.

It comes from traditional Landes duck farming and can be kept cool for a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks and should be taken out of the refrigerator 10 to 15 minutes before slicing and tasting at the last moment.
