Persian blue salt - 350g

Persian blue salt is harvested from Iranian salt mines and owes its color to a potassium mineral that binds to the salt under pressure from the rock. Its striking color is complemented by a surprising and distinctive flavor. Very salty at first, it gradually evolves, revealing spicy and even sweet notes. Persian blue salt is used like fleur de sel but does not contain iodine. It pairs very well with fish, vegetables, or meat, especially red meat.
