Mini turnip - 400g

The mini turnip requires little preparation: no need to peel it, just scrape it lightly under running water.

Its cooking time is also very short: blanched for 5 minutes in boiling water.

The mini turnip has a special place in stews, vegetable stews, purees, gratins and soups in winter.

It goes wonderfully with mutton and lamb.
