The line-caught cod comes primarily from Ireland, the fresh potatoes from Aquitaine, and the dairy products from France. No fish pulp is used, only cod desalted in their workshops.

All our fresh produce is shipped in specially designed insulated packages that include cooling gels to keep it fresh throughout the journey.
