Created after the 2009 storm, this forest farm is now the largest organic asparagus plantation in France. The producer's high standards reflect the personality of its creator, Count Alexandre de Lur-Saluces, owner of Château de Fargues in Sauternes. Mon Épicerie Gourmande only offers category 1 (in two sizes) of this exceptional crop, with impeccable characteristics: perfectly straight, fresh, and tightly closed white asparagus.
