Recipe for hot canned Mont d'Or

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 real Morteau sausage.
- 1 Morteau sausage with cumin.
- 1 Morteau sausage with cabbage.
- 4 slices of raw ham.
- 12 potatoes.
- 5 cl of white wine from Jura.
Prepare the ingredients:
Take the twelve potatoes, wash them well and cook them with the skin in water. Preheat them for a few minutes in the oven at 220°C to make the skin crispy. Cook the three sausages in cold water. Allow 25 minutes of cooking from the moment the water begins to simmer.
Cooking the Mont d’Or:
Place the lid of the Mont d'Or under the box. Hollow out the middle of the Mont d'Or with a spoon and pour in the 5 cl of white wine. Place the box in the oven already preheated to 220°C with the potatoes cooking. Leave the Mont d'Or for 25 min (or more to obtain a nicely browned crust).
Serve hot:
Arrange the ham on a plate. Cut the three sausages and the potatoes on a hot plate. Remove the can of Mont d'Or from the oven at the last minute. Serve the hot Mont d'Or with a spoon on the cold cuts and potatoes.
